Yes. kinburien operates with open visiting throughout the week. We only ask that visitors be mindful of the calm atmosphere and the wellbeing of other residents. Families are encouraged to share meals and participate in community activities alongside their loved one.

Is medical care available on-site?

Our Wellness and Full Embrace residences include nursing oversight, medication management, and physiotherapy. For Full Embrace residents, a 24-hour nursing team is present. We maintain active coordination with hospitals nearby in Chiang Mai for any specialised medical needs that arise.

What happens if a resident's care needs change over time?

This is one of the aspects families appreciate most about kinburien. If a resident's needs increase, their care level can be adjusted — moving from Garden to Wellness or Full Embrace residence — without requiring a disruptive move to another facility. The familiar home, staff, and community remain.

Are the costs all-inclusive?

Monthly fees cover accommodation, meals, housekeeping, and the care services described for each tier. Some additional items — such as external specialist consultations or specific therapies — may carry separate costs. We are transparent about this from the outset and happy to discuss the full picture before any decision is made.

Do staff speak English?
